Finance Transformation Lead - SAP S/4HANA & Automation

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to drive digital transformation across the Finance function by leveraging SAP S/4HANA, automation, and emerging technologies. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Finance and Technology, where you will partner with business leaders to modernize finance processes, design scalable technology solutions, and deliver automation initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Finance and Business leaders to identify opportunities for process transformation and automation.

- Design and implement technology-enabled solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise platforms.

- Lead Finance transformation initiatives from solution design through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

- Drive automation, standardization, and digitization across key finance processes.

- Collaborate with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, AP, AR, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver integrated solutions.

- Define functional requirements, oversee solution architecture, testing, deployment, and change management.

- Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, workflow automation, and process optimization tools to enhance Finance operations.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience.

Candidate Profile:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, or Finance Technology roles.

- Strong experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, enhancements, or support.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and FP&A.

- Proven experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Finance, Business, and Technology teams.

- Experience leading multiple transformation initiatives from concept through execution.
