Seeking a strategic Finance Leader to steer the company through its Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Experience: 6-8+ years in Finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (CFO / VP Finance).

- Sector Knowledge: Experience in Trading, Manufacturing, B2B Marketplaces

You must understand low-margin/high-volume business models and trade finance.

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory;

- Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including the appointment of investment bankers, legal counsels, and registrars.

- Financial Control & Governance:, Working Capital & Treasury Management

This is not a traditional finance role. You will be the architect of our public market debut, responsible for transforming our financial infrastructure, leading investor roadshows, and managing the complex working capital cycles inherent to the petrochemical supply chain. You will partner directly with the Founder to drive valuation, compliance, and long-term fiscal strategy.

1. IPO Strategy & Execution:

- Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including the appointment of investment bankers, legal counsels, and registrars.

- Manage the preparation of the DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus) and ensure flawless filing with SEBI.

- Orchestrate the "equity story" for roadshows, ensuring institutional investors understand unique tech-enabled distribution model.

2. Financial Control & Governance:

- Transition financial reporting from private standards to IndAS (Indian Accounting Standards) and public market compliance (quarterly reporting, disclosures).

- Establish a "public-ready" internal audit and risk management framework (SOX compliance equivalents where applicable).

- Structure the Board of Directors' Audit Committee and ensure rigorous corporate governance.

3. Working Capital & Treasury Management:

- Oversee substantial working capital lines (invoice discounting, channel finance, trade credit).

- Optimize cash flow cycles in a high-volume, low-margin trading environment (Polymers, Chemicals).

- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and debt funds to ensure liquidity scales with revenue growth.

- Tech Integration: Work with the Product/Tech teams to automate financial reconciliation and credit risk assessment (underwriting buyers)

- Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with GST, Direct Taxes, etc.
