Location: Kattupalli, Chennai.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead (CA/CMA) to lead the Finance & Accounts function for an engineering company. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, financial reporting, and SEZ-related compliances and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and statutory reports.

- Manage Indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, assessments, audits, returns, and other applicable tax filings.

- Drive SEZ compliance, including approvals, registrations, statutory filings, periodic returns, authorized operations, and coordination with SEZ authorities.

- Ensure timely obtaining and maintaining all necessary statutory, regulatory, and SEZ approvals required for business operations.

- Liaise with government departments, tax authorities, banks, auditors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
