Hiring a Finance Head for Steel Manufacturing Company in Bhubaneswar.

Position: Finance Head

Location: Corporate Office - Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: Minimum 18 years (preferably from Manufacturing / Heavy Industry, Steel industry exposure will be an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive the organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.

- Banking & Fundraising: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors; manage debt and equity fundraising, project financing, and structured funding solutions.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize working capital, liquidity, and cash flow to ensure business continuity and expansion.

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration of potential M&A opportunities.

- CMA & Compliance: Prepare and present Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data for banks and financial institutions; ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Project Financing: Oversee financing strategies for new projects, expansions, and capex investments.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure robust internal financial controls.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with promoters, senior management, lenders, auditors, and external consultants to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business goals.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the finance team to build strong analytical, compliance, and operational capabilities.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts within the manufacturing / industrial sector.

- Proven exposure to Banking, Fundraising, M&A, Due Diligence, CMA, Project Funding, and Cash Flow Management.

- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to align financial strategy with business objectives.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive performance across teams.
