Finance Head

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head with relevant experience in logistics and freight forwarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities, and be proficient in budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, and working capital management functions

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audits, etc.)

- Implement company financial policies and internal controls

- Oversee AR/AP, credit policy adherence, and forex management

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and business growth

- Prepare MIS reports and consolidate group MIS

- Manage capital expenditure and fixed assets

- Liaise with key customers, service providers, and legal advisors

- Ensure financial discipline across corporate and branch operations

Key Requirements

- 15+ years in finance roles within logistics/freight forwarding

- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/MSc/CFA/CPA preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting software, data analysis, and forecasting

- High ethical standards, strategic mindset, and team leadership
