Finance Head - Investor Relations & Financial Planning - Agritech

Job Description:

- Drive investor reporting, including financial performance updates, key business metrics, cash flows, and other relevant information.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders in planning and executing fundraising activities, including preparation of financial information and investor materials.

- Prepare detailed financial reports, MIS, business performance reports, and analysis to support fundraising initiatives and investor discussions.

- Manage ongoing investor engagement by providing timely and accurate financial and business updates.

- Oversee accurate and timely revenue booking across all business verticals.

- Prepare comprehensive monthly Profit & Loss statements for each business vertical.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Handle direct, indirect, and international taxation for the company.

- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of books.

- Provide external auditors with the necessary documentation and support.

- Candidates should have prior experience working with startups.
