Finance Head - Chief Finance Officer - FMCG/eCommerce/FinTech - CA

As the CFO, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, playing a pivotal role in shaping Company growth trajectory and long-term vision. You will lead all aspects of financ strategic planning, fundraising, investor relations, financial operations, risk management, and complianceensuring that the company continues on a path of sustainable, data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Leadership

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes aligned with strategic goals

- Partner with leadership across business, product, and ops to drive cost efficiency, growth, and profitability

- Own and refine the companys business model, growth strategy, and capital allocation framework

- Oversee board reporting, due diligence, and M&A activities

Financial Operations

- Supervise FP&A, accounting, tax, audit, and controllership functions

- Build scalable internal controls and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- Lead treasury operations, working capital optimization, and cash flow management

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, etc.)

- Establish robust risk management, internal audit, and governance frameworks

- Implement systems for fraud prevention, credit risk, and vendor/customer reliability

Team Building

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting a rapidly scaling business

- Drive a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning across the finance org

Ideal Candidate Profile

- CA ( First Attempt ) 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or finance leadership role at ECOMMERCE or FMCG OR fintech company

- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, and supply chain finance

- Hands-on leader with strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with Boards and institutional investors
