Role Summary:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.

- Ensure statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.

- Partner with business leaders on investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.

- Implement best practices in financial systems, processes, and automation.

- Mentor and develop the finance team to build a high-performance culture.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

- Proven team leadership experience (not an IC role).

- Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.

- Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.

- Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
