Finance Head

Job Description:

We are focusing on the following primary functions: must have experience in Accounting, P&L, MIS, Taxation, Investor Relation, Compliance & Audit, business strategy & Financial Reporting.

You should be hands-on with the fundamentals of finance, accounts, financial planning, Legal, Taxation & Compliance.

Annual planning, budget planning, demand forecasting, highly analytical and a good team leader. You will also be involved in leading a country-wide team and will be part of the Finance leadership team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- You will be managing the overall Finance & Account activities.

- You will be managing direct & indirect taxation & to be compliant with relevant laws for all type return filing.

- End to End audit external (big 4/Others) & Internal.

- You will be part of board meetings & work along with Legal/CS.

- Embed month-end reporting & process & control.

- Managing the budgeting process of the company & publish analysis.

- Strong object-oriented skills, data structure & algorithms.

- Strategy coordination with Investor & preparing the plan & manage the reporting part.

- Hands-on ERP Process (tally) & others.

- Participate as a member of the management team to ensure sound, data-driven decisions.

- Business partnering - work closely with company leaders to develop financial forecasts and operational goals, apply business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision-making.

- Experience of preparation of various Monthly and Quarterly Management reports, MIS, Budgets & Returns filing.

- Strong background and experience in A/R, A/P, Accounting, FP&A, Tax and Procurement/payroll.

Desired Profile:

- MBA (Finance), B.com/M.com/CA/ Other Financial Degree.

- Proven work experience 8+ years in similar roles.

- Demonstrated the ability & deliver in Finance & Accounts.

- Flexible on work timing & shifts & willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel & other data analytic tools.
