Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Leadership:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Act as a key advisor to the CEO/Board on financial performance and business decisions

- Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, taxation, and audit teams

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Analyze financial performance, variance analysis, and cost optimization

- Support pricing strategies, product profitability, and margin improvement

Accounting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS

- Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, Excise (where applicable), and other laws

Automotive Industry Operations:

- Manage finance for manufacturing operations, supply chain, and inventory

- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund requirements

- Handle vendor financing, dealer financing, and OEM-related financial processes

Risk Management & Controls:

- Establish strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks

- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Oversee insurance, claims, and financial risk assessments

Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulators

- Manage relationships with investors, joint venture partners, and group entities

Systems & Process Improvement:

- Drive ERP implementation/enhancement (SAP/Oracle or similar)

- Automate financial processes and improve reporting efficiency
