Kalyani Rafael Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. (KRAS) is an Indian company and a Joint Venture bringing engineering expertise of Kalyani Group, INDIA and Technology & System expertise from Rafael Advanced Defence Systems Ltd., ISRAEL.

KRAS has been established at Hyderabad which is the nerve centre for weapon system development, It is equipped with the world class Reliability testing facility establish to address electronics manufacturing and system integration as per military standards (MIL-STD-810). KRAS has State-of-the-art engineering, manufacturing & testing facilities required for technology systems. KRAS is certified "SECRET" facility to undertake sensitive defence projects for the Indian & Israel MOD.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

- Coordinate approval of Financial Statements by the board as per company law

- Coordinate with External Auditors for Statutory Audit with Nil Disqualifications

- Coordinate with the finance team of the parent companies for yearly consolidation

- Define, Update and Implement Internal Financial Control for the organisation

- Assist and Guide Management in maintaining healthy financial ratios(EPS, ROE, ROCE, ROA, Liquidity, Solvency etc)and profitability.

- Compute cost using the appropriate model and recommend optimum pricing for projects

- Participate and steer negotiation with customers to achieve target pricing.

- Hedge company against FEV losses

- Identify and mitigate various financial risks

- Sound knowledge about related party transactions and Transfer Pricing

- Coordination with local and central taxation authority (as and when needed)

- Good understanding about taxation (GST, BCD, TDS etc) policies

- Ensure required liquidity (Free Cash Flow) and Working Capital for the company

- Good Knowledge about SEZ/Exim policies will be an added advantage

- Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports .

- Take responsibility for cash management, investments, BP/ budgeting, and current financial reporting.

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization.

- Directs the preparation of all financial statements including income statements , balance sheets , tax returns and governmental agency reports .

- Develop , monitor, and evaluate the overall company strategy ( BP ) , with a focus on bottom line financial and operating performance . Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations .

MANDATORY:

- Experience in accounting packages in must, SAP is preferred .

- Experience of 5 years minimum in India/Defence Sector JV, Experience in Project Costing is Mandatory.

- Experience in managing Finance & Accounts of a manufacturing company independently.
