About the Role:

A high-growth, Private Equity-backed global organization is looking for a Finance Director - Strategic Projects to work directly with the Group CFO.

This is a strategic transformation role, not a traditional finance operations or controllership position. The mandate is focused on enterprise-wide finance transformation, automation, scalability, and strategic growth initiatives, with a defined pathway toward broader Group Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ERP optimization from implementation stage to full automation maturity

- Drive elimination of manual processes and spreadsheet-based reporting

- Design and implement real-time, system-driven dashboards for business decision-making

- Manage ERP integration with global banking partners and internal technology platforms

- Ensure finance systems scalability to support significant transaction growth

- Support M&A diligence, financial modeling, and expansion strategy

- Partner with CFO on enterprise-wide strategic initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

- CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance)

- Strong accounting and financial controls foundation

Experience Required:

- 12-18+ years of progressive finance experience

- Proven ERP transformation / systems integration leadership experience

- Strong FP&A and commercial financial modeling capability

- Experience working in multinational / cross-border environments (mandatory)

- Exposure to Private Equity-backed or high-growth environments preferred

- Preferred Industry Background

High transaction volume industries such as:

- B2C Technology

- Fintech

- Logistics

- Telecom

- E-commerce

Candidates from other industries with strong automation and systems transformation exposure will also be considered.
