Role: Finance Director - BF&FPnA

Function: Finance & Accounting

Experience: 8-10 years

Reporting To: Founders

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for all business units.

- Partner with operations and marketing to analyze performance and profitability.

- Lead treasury operations, working capital optimization, and cash flow management.

- Develop dashboards, MIS, and scenario models for decision-making.

- Support investor reporting, and strategic projects.

- Implement financial planning tools and analytics for improved accuracy

Required Skills & Experience :

- CA 8-10 years of progressive experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, QSR, consumer goods, or multi-unit operations.

- Demonstrated experience owning P&L, leading FP&A, and managing business finance functions for a scaling organisation.

- Strong commercial acumen, data-driven problem-solving, and the ability to convert financial insights into strategic action.

- Expertise in cash-flow management, cost optimisation, audits, taxation, and ERP/financial system upgrades.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and leadership capability.
