Finance Director - BFSI - South Asia & South East Asia

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead Finance operations across South Asia & South East Asia, covering ASEAN, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. This strategic leadership role will serve as a key business partner to the regional leadership team, driving financial planning, performance management, controllership, compliance, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for the region.

- Partner with commercial and business leaders to support strategic decision-making and deliver financial targets.

- Oversee monthly close, statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and SOX requirements.

- Ensure strong working capital management and resource optimization.

- Collaborate with regional, global, and corporate finance functions including Tax, Treasury, and Controllership.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA/CA/CICPA preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience across FP&A and Controllership.

- Proven experience leading teams and partnering with senior business leaders.

- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, compliance, and cost management.

- Experience with ERP systems; standard costing exposure is preferred.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
