Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, payroll, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.

- Prepare and publish timely and efficiently monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reports/deliverables to local management/Corp.

- Coordinate and drive the preparation of regulatory reporting.

- Research and implement technical accounting issues for compliance.

- Support and lead month-end, Quarter- end and year-end close processes.

- Manage cash flow and treasury Operations.

- Stakeholder management.

- Debt management and collection, Vendor Payment Management

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Manage all kinds of Audit including Statutory, Internal, SOX, Tax, GST or any other Finance related Audit, as applicable.

- Process Owner for Oracle ERP implementation

- Develop, document, and monitor business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems.

- Additional controller duties, as necessary.

Required Skills:

- CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in finance and accounts operations management.

- Good communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

- Audit/Income Tax/GST Experience

- Compliance oriented.
