Finance Controller - F&B Industry - CA

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned finance leader to take ownership of the entire finance function and play a critical role in shaping the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling business. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, driving financial discipline, and partnering closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end finance function, including accounting, controllership, FP&A, MIS, treasury, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Build and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and scalable finance processes to support business growth.

- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial modelling, profitability analysis, and unit economics.

- Prepare investor-ready financial reports, board packs, and support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance initiatives.

- Partner with founders and business leaders to drive data-backed decision-making while ensuring financial discipline across the organization.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting a rapidly evolving business.

Who We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA); rank holders will be preferred.

- Around 8+ years of post-qualification experience with strong exposure to controllership and business finance.

- Currently working as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or a strong Finance No. 2, ready to step into a larger leadership role.

- Experience in high-growth, consumer, retail, manufacturing, D2C, or startup environments is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, reporting, and business partnering.
