Finance Controller

Role Overview :

We are seeking Finance Controller to lead our financial operations in Noida, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the integrity of our financial reporting, drive rigorous cost-management initiatives, and provide actionable insights that shape our supply chain and distribution strategies.

You will work closely with cross-functional department heads to translate complex financial data into business growth, ensuring that our fiscal health supports our long-term expansion goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining robust internal controls and optimizing capital allocation to maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end financial reporting process to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and provide stakeholders with accurate, timely performance insights.

- Spearhead annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles to align departmental spending with the company's strategic financial objectives.

- Implement comprehensive costing models across the supply chain to identify inefficiencies and improve margins within our distribution network.

- Manage internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risk and ensure the highest standards of governance across all business units.

- Partner with operations and logistics teams to analyze distribution costs, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize our regional logistics footprint.

- Lead the finance team in streamlining month-end closing processes to improve operational agility and reporting accuracy.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial reporting and internal control systems within a high-growth environment.

- Proven ability to perform deep-dive financial analysis to influence supply chain and distribution strategy, translating technical data into clear business narratives.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams toward unified financial goals.

- Advanced proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, with a track record of driving significant cost-optimization initiatives.

- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in corporate finance.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Noida, maintaining high levels of engagement and collaboration with local and remote teams.
