Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Finance Controller for a well-established, owner-led catering and hospitality business known for large-scale operations and premium clientele.

This is a strategic yet execution-focused leadership role requiring strong expertise in finance operations, treasury, working capital management, financial controls, compliance, audits, and business partnering within high-growth and operationally intensive environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, operational finance expertise, and the ability to work closely with business leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations, financial controls, and accounting functions for the organization.

- Drive treasury management, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital optimization initiatives.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Accounting, reconciliations, and financial governance processes.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities along with MIS reporting and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation requirements, audits, and financial reporting standards.

- Collaborate closely with leadership teams on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.

- Drive process improvements, financial discipline, internal controls, and operational efficiencies across finance functions.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and external stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.

- Monitor business performance, cost controls, profitability, and financial risk management initiatives.

- Support strategic growth initiatives and ensure strong financial governance within the organization.

- Lead and mentor finance teams while driving accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong exposure to General Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Experience working in organizations with turnover exceeding 2,500 Cr+.

- Strong understanding of financial controls, cash flow management, audits, compliance, and reporting frameworks.

- Experience in Hospitality, Catering, Consumer-facing, Retail, or large operational businesses will be preferred.

- Highly agile, resilient, and execution-focused professional with strong ownership mindset.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
