Finance Automation Specialist - BFSI

Join our dynamic team in Mumbai and play a pivotal role in driving finance transformation initiatives within the organisation. As a Finance Transformation/Automation specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy. You will collaborate closely with finance teams, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure successful project execution. Your work will directly contribute to reducing operational costs, improving data quality, and enabling better decision-making across the organization.

1. Have experience of working on Finance transformation / Integration / Automation projects etc.

2. Relook at the Finance design from the lens of a specialist. Engage with Tech team and generate synergies.

3. Integrate business, operations and finance processes.

4. Redefine & re-engineer the finance processes keeping efficiency in mind.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze processes, efficient data warehousing, providing insights to project stakeholders.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices within the BFSI sector.

- MBA / CA preferred with graduation in Commerce
