Finance & Accounts Operations Head

Job Description :

Mynd Solutions is looking for an ideal candidate who has extensive experience in managing large Finance & Accounting delivery teams covering Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC), while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, transformation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Service Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across RTR, PTP, and OTC processes.

- Manage delivery for multiple domestic and international clients while ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.

- Drive high-quality service delivery with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

- Build governance mechanisms, review operational performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.

2. Client Relationship Management :

- Act as the executive point of contact for key client stakeholders.

- Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.

- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and value-added services.

3. People Leadership :

- Lead and mentor large teams comprising Delivery Managers, Process Managers, Team Leaders, and F&A professionals.

- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.

- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

4. Process Excellence & Transformation :

- Lead finance transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Automation, AI, and Digital technologies.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver measurable productivity gains.

- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across finance operations.

5. Financial & Business Management :

- Own P&L for assigned accounts/business units.

- Monitor revenue, profitability, utilization, and cost optimization.

- Support business development by participating in solutioning, RFPs, client presentations, and transition planning.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations.

- Strong expertise across RTR, PTP, and OTC processes.

- Experience managing large teams and complex client portfolios.

- Proven experience handling international and domestic clients.

- Strong stakeholder and executive client management skills.

- Experience in Shared Services, Global Capability Centers (GCC), or BPM/BPO environments.

- Demonstrated experience in process transformation, automation, and operational excellence.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
