Role Overview

The Head of Finance will play a strategic leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the companys financial management and operations. This position demands a forward-thinking finance professional who can drive financial discipline, ensure compliance, and contribute to long-term strategic growth. The role is based on-site in Noida and requires close collaboration with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.

- Drive business planning, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Financial Operations & Reporting

- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and taxation.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Establish and monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain rigorous internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.

Budgeting & Cost Management

- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

- Evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships, and capital expenditures.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and company policies.

- Oversee audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.

- Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to drive financial transparency and operational excellence.

- Represent the company in financial discussions with investors, lenders, and corporate partners.

Qualifications & Experience

- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and fundraising.

- Strong understanding of FinTech, NBFC operations, or digital lending models is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a strong business acumen.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
