Fiinovation - Program Manager

In this role, you'll be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and managing social interventions across critical thematic areas.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for driving key project initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Project Conceptualization and Drafting: Lead the development of innovative project proposals and detailed plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and thematic expertise.

- Stakeholder Communication and Approval: Engage effectively with relevant stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to facilitate project approvals and secure necessary support.

- On-Ground Project Management: Oversee and manage projects according to the defined Project Implementation Plan, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of objectives.

- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks as communicated by the Head of Project Operations to support the team's overall success.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Master of Social Work or a relevant master's degree.

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in any of the following thematic areas: Health, Education, Environment, or Livelihood streams.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Proven experience in drafting and managing social interventions.

- Okhla Phase - III, New Delhi (On-Site)

- Note: Out-station travel may be required based on project needs.
