Key Responsibilities : - Identify/ source new opportunities through targeted outbound/ inbound leads. - Follow up on a high volume of new leads in a rapid manner and conduct research to identify potential prospects. - Understand customer needs and requirements. - Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations - Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to queries - Meet and exceed sales targets by directly closing target business accounts - Expertly demonstrate value proposition and benefits. - Monitor and report on all activities and pipelines - Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and build effective client relationship Requirements : - MBA graduate with 3+ Years of experience in enterprise product (SaaS) sales - Experience in CRM/ERP or B2B Enterprise level software - Strong experience developing high impact sales teams in a similar technical environment - Demonstrable track record achieving sales growth - Excellent in communication skills and corporate sales techniques - Self-starter who can work independently and learn with the Team - Prepared to travel
