Role Overview:

FNP is looking for a Head of Product to own and drive the B2C product strategy, roadmap, and execution across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the B2C product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.

- Drive end-to-end customer journey across website/app - discovery, search, product page, cart, checkout, payments, and post-purchase.

- Experience building products for supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment functions - e.g., order management systems, inventory/warehouse tools, delivery/dispatch platforms.

- Improve key business metrics including conversion, AOV, retention, repeat purchase, LTV, and revenue/GMV.

- Lead product growth, experimentation/A-B testing, personalization, and customer experience initiatives.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team.

- Partner with Engineering leadership on technology, scalability, and product-tech trade-offs.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 15 years of experience, with strong experience in Product Management.

- Proven experience in B2C E-commerce / D2C / Consumer Internet / Marketplace businesses.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, consumer behavior, growth, and product analytics.

- Experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products with measurable business impact.

- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

- Engineering/Technology background + transition into Product Management is a strong plus.

- Exposure to AI/ML, personalization, recommendation, search, loyalty, or experimentation will be an added advantage.
