- Lead the complete HR function at FatakPay, driving people strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance, culture, operations and compliance, while building scalable people practices aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

- As the Head of Human Resources, you will serve as the strategic architect of the company's people function, reporting directly to the leadership team.

- You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's aggressive growth trajectory.

- This role involves partnering with business heads to translate organizational goals into effective talent strategies, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and ensuring that the company remains an employer of choice in the competitive fintech landscape.
