Performance Marketer - Personal Loan
Introduction:
Fatakpay is a leading fintech firm based in Mumbai, dedicated to serving the underserved workforce by providing instant loans and credit lines.
Our user acquisition strategy spans across Google, Facebook, Meta, P&L, and other acquisition channels, and we are now looking to scale our efforts 10X.
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, optimize CAC, and manage vendors & agencies for paid campaigns.
This role requires a data-driven expert with hands-on experience in performance marketing, A/B testing, attribution modeling, and media buying tools like AppsFlyer.
Role Overview:
- The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to maximize user acquisition at an optimized cost.
- This individual will manage relationships with external agencies, oversee paid campaigns, and work on campaign optimization, performance analytics, and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
- Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling campaigns effectively.
- Manage end-to-end media buying across various channels and platforms.
- Oversee performance metrics such as CTR, CR%, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models to improve efficiency.
- Lead A/B testing experiments for creatives, audience segmentation, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Work extensively with AppsFlyer and other MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners) to analyze attribution data.
- Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams to align acquisition strategies with business objectives.
- Work with agencies and vendors to execute large-scale marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
- Automate and optimize campaign reporting dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.

- 10X scale in user acquisition while maintaining optimized CAC.
- Improvement in conversion rates and ROAS across paid channels.
- Strong attribution modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Successful execution of A/B tests leading to improved campaign performance.
- Seamless collaboration with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Who You Are?
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on user acquisition and digital growth.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (or other MMPs), Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of optimizing CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Prior experience in a performance marketing agency like iProspect, Performics, or similar is highly preferred.
