
Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate accounts.
This role focuses on driving B2B revenue, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the companys presence across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and on board corporate clients across industries.
- Drive B2B sales for lending and financial wellness solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, tech, and marketing) for smooth on boarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track pipeline, prepare MIS, and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requires Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Corporate / B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Finance leaders.
