FarEye - Legal Contracting Specialist - LLM/LLB

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Contracting Specialist with 5-7 years of professional experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and management. The ideal candidate should have a solid legal background, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex contractual matters across multiple jurisdictions and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including but not limited to:

- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

- Statement of Work (SOWs)

- Licensing Agreements

- Vendor and supplier agreements

- Strategic Partnership Agreements

- Consultancy Agreements

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, InfoSec, Product, Tech teams etc.) to ensure contracts align with business objectives and risk tolerance.

- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

- Advise on legal and contractual issues, including risk management and dispute resolution.

- Maintain and update a contract management system, track key dates, obligations, and renewals.

- Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates, processes, and best practices.

- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations that may impact the companys contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- LL.B or LL.M from a recognized institution.

- 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in legal contracting, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm with focus on commercial contracts.

- Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and corporate governance.

- Prior experience in handling cross-border transactions, global contracts

- Familiarity with tools such as CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems is an advantage.
