F&A Digital Transformation Manager - PTP & OTC - Automation & SaaS Implementation

Job Summary:

This role involves partnering with Fortune 1000 clients to design and drive end-to-end F&A transformation solutions leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and next-gen technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Serve as the functional SPOC combining domain and technology expertise.

- Drive client conversations with senior stakeholders on benchmarking, maturity roadmaps, and automation opportunities.

- Conduct Gap analysis of current F&A processes and recommend innovative tech-enabled solutions.

- Lead the solution design for RFPs/RFIs involving automation, AI, and workflow enhancements.

- Anchor key client discussions around ERP gaps, AI integration, process automation, and digital tools.

- Deliver measurable transformation across engagements through process design, business requirement mapping, and solution fitment.

Primary Skills:

- Proven expertise in at least 2 F&A towers OTC, PTP, RTR, or FP&A.

- Hands-on experience in F&A tools and workflow automation solutions such:

- PTP: Ariba, Coupa, SAP-VIM, Xelix, Basware, ServiceNow

- OTC: Rimilia, HighRadius, Esker, Serrala, Celonis

- RTR: BlackLine, Trintech, FloQast

- Demonstrated success in transformation programs > $10M TCV.

- Deep understanding of AI/Automation and SaaS implementation within F&A.
