Position Title: Senior Manager / TL.

Department: Sales.

Reports To: Branch Manager.

Location: Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Full-time.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organization and for their own.

This full-time, on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.

In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

This is a leadership role focused on team management.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.

- Client Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.

- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Leadership Opportunities: In this role, you will also manage a team, providing mentorship andleadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success.

This is a chance to shape the teams approach to sales and client engagement, creating a dynamic work environment focused on results.

- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and client demands.

- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close transactions, ensuring sales goals are met while maintaining high client satisfaction.

- Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

- Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.

- Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.

- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales.

- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

- Market Insight: Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus.

- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position.
