JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Factory HR Manager / Plant HR Manager

Location: Mysore (Mysuru), Karnataka

Experience: 2+ years of relevant Plant/Factory HR experience

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Preference: Female candidates preferred; candidates from Mysore or nearby regions preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and drive the HR function for a manufacturing/factory setup in Mysore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Plant HR, employee relations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, workforce management, and HR operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory/plant.

- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters at the plant level.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory-related regulations.

- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and manpower requirements for the plant.

- Coordinate with plant leadership and business stakeholders on HR priorities and workforce-related matters.

- Support performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and retention initiatives.

- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee concerns effectively.

- Manage relationships with workers, contractual manpower, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain HR documentation, MIS, policies, and compliance records.

- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Plant HR/Factory HR within a manufacturing setup.

- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.

- Experience working directly in a plant, factory, or manufacturing environment is essential.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates currently based in Mysore or nearby regions, or with strong regional familiarity, will be preferred.

Compensation:

Based on candidate current ctc. Final compensation will be aligned with the candidates experience, current compensation, and overall suitability for the role.
