Job Title: Factory General Manager - Precast Concrete

Location: Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu (On-site at the Manufacturing Campus)

Industry: Building Materials / Construction Materials / Precast Concrete Manufacturing

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Leadership Panel (Founder-Chairman, Directors, and CEO), the Factory General Manager will lead the entire manufacturing effort at the Shoolagiri campus.

The role focuses on building high-performing teams, improving productivity, maintaining immaculate quality standards, and implementing world-class manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operations:

- Manage production planning, maximize plant utilization, and minimize equipment downtime or manufacturing losses.

2. Quality & Finish:

- Deliver the highest batch-on-batch product quality and flawless finishing with minimal rejection rates.

3. Cost & Process Optimization:

- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing costs, material utilization, procurement, and inventory control.

4. Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety regulations and environmental compliances.

5. Team & Culture Leadership:

- Directly manage factory department heads, oversee workforce planning, and focus on employee training and retention.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 10 years in construction materials manufacturing, with a solid track record in plant/factory management.

3. Languages:

- Professional fluency in English, Tamil, and Kannada is mandatory to effectively manage the local workforce and corporate stakeholders.
