Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate Team Lead to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage and mentor a team of inside sales associates while actively contributing to revenue growth.
You will be responsible for setting sales targets, driving lead conversion, improving sales processes, and ensuring a high standard of customer engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Define individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and implement action plans
- Actively participate in lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and closure of sales
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Train team members on product offerings, sales techniques, and customer engagement best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through effective communication
- Ensure high standards of customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle
- Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and share insights with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company processes, sales SLAs, and ethical selling practices
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, lead generation, and conversion
- Strong background in customer service and client relationship management
- Demonstrated experience in team management and sales leadership
- Ability to motivate, guide, and empower team members to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics
- Experience in the education or edtech industry is an added advantage
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
