Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Campus Manager to manage and oversee FACE Prep's on-campus operations at our partner institution in Anekal, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving student engagement, coordinating academic and operational activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of FACE Prep's educational programs.
- The Campus Manager will act as the primary point of contact between FACE Prep, students, faculty, and campus administrators, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a high-quality student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end on-campus operations for FACE Prep programs
- Serve as the primary liaison between FACE Prep, campus leadership, faculty, and students
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs, workshops, and learning sessions
- Drive student engagement initiatives and ensure high participation and satisfaction
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities on campus
- Provide student support and handle customer service-related queries professionally
- Monitor program delivery, attendance, feedback, and overall effectiveness
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, updates, and announcements
- Track operational metrics and share regular reports with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and campus guidelines
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in campus management or coordination with academic institutions
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in education, training, or skill development sector is preferred
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field

Immediate joiners preferred
Candidate must be willing to commute or relocate to Anekal, Bengaluru
