Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP-Sales, located in Hyderabad.
The AVP-Sales will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing accounts, developing business strategies, and overseeing the sales team.
The individual will be expected to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations.
- Skills in Account Management and Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Should be an individual contributor for the region.
- Should be proactive and flexible to handle business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Able to travel without any hindrance.
- Owns car and valid license.
- Immediate joiners with valid license and four-wheeler only need to apply.
- Prior B2B(Edtech) experience is mandatory.
- Candidates willing to travel extensively Only can apply.
