Role Description:
- This is an on-site, full-time IT Lead role based in Mumbai.
- The IT Lead will oversee daily IT operations, manage network administration, ensure robust network security, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- The role will also include strategizing IT solutions, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology practices and systems.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Expertise in Network Security to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and support.
- Recommend architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions for Data Centres and Cloud Environments.
- Deploy / Manage the enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud C Network implementation/operation.
- Liaising with internal auditors and GRC teams to ensure appropriate security and IT controls are implemented and maintained in the IT infrastructure.
- Managing and working as per the complete ITSM framework, helpdesk, incident, change and release management.
- Vendor Management, Procurement of its hardware like server, desktop network devices C laptops.
- Maintaining AMCs and contracts with Data centers and cloud service providers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and teams.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Technical Requirement:
- RHEL, Web servers (IIS/Apache/JBoss/Tomcat/Nginx).
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, Active Directory, Hyper-V.
- Cloud technologies exposure AWS/Azure.
- Database Oracle/MS SQL.
- Weblogic, JBoss EAP, Wildfly.
- GCP, Azure, AWS, VMware.
- Sonicwall, Fortinet, Citrix Netscalar, EMC Storage
