Education:

- MBA/Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from premium institutes preferred.

Role Purpose:

Talent Acquisition Professional will be responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the assigned- service line/portfolio, ensuring the hiring of high-Caliber professionals across all levels. This role partners closely with Service line leadership to anticipate workforce needs, build sustainable talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

The role requires deep understanding of proactively creating market mapping, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to attract niche talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across levels.

- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans and workforce forecasting.

- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche roles through market mapping and talent engagement.

- Identify innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and high-quality talent.

- Act as a trusted talent advisor to Partners, Business Unit Leaders, and HR Business Partners.

- Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding.

- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, compliance standards, and hiring governance.

- Monitor hiring trends, competitor activity, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the market.

- Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition team members.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruitment culture.

- Exposure to executive search, market mapping, and talent intelligence is preferred.
