WE ARE HIRING FOR ONE OF OUR CLIENTS ONLY NON-IT PMO - Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement and sustenance - Lead & drive business transformation programs and projects for key strategic initiatives of the organization across functions from Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sales Excellence & Finance - Collaborate and engage with global leaders & subject matter experts, facilitate workshops to design, simplify and standardize the business processes. - Autonomously leads and completes assigned components of program activities and deliverables Facilitate steering and drive rollout of initiatives for METRO entities across Europe - Regularly review progress and performance expectations with program sponsors and leadership teams. - Interacts with and identifies corporate and country requirements for various operations and projects, collects and compiles required. data and information as inputs for projects - Mentors, Coaches, and trains employees in Program/Project management at various levels throughout the company. - Brings in external emerging Program and Project management practices to continuously enhance and elevate the PM skills of the organization and to make sure that tools and skillset of our team is always future ready. Here are the desired Educational & Professional Qualifications: - Must Have 7 years+ of experience in Project. Management on large scale complex transformation programs - Strong Business Acumen, Strong Lean & 6 Skills - Ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of business. - Mentors, Coaches, and trains various levels throughout the company - Black Belt and/or PMP Certification - Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams
