Industry: Open To qualify for the role you must have: - MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background - At least 5 -9 years of relevant post MBA experience. - At least 7-8 years of recent supply chain Managment experience Manager - Performance Improvement - Supply Chain & Operations - Manufacturing Excellence Your key responsibilities: A Manufacturing Excellence Manager would be responsible for business transformation and/or business improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other techniques. The person will probably lead a team of other Analysts and / or Consultants on engagements with clients to discuss and deliver EY's offerings and Point of Views. Primary focus of the role would be on Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Auto, Auto Components, Food & Beverages, Chemicals and process industries - Ability to connect strategic goals of a company with Shop Floor Processes and Activities through Operational Excellence methodologies. - Conducting Assessment of client manufacturing facilities around Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Utilities etc. - Support in Business Development and Asset Building, thought Capital Enhancement activities - Training and building capability of EY client employees in Manufacturing/Operational Excellence - Green Belt/Black Belt (DMAIC & DFSS) and Kaizen Events - Proficient in concepts and application of Operational Excellence methodologies - Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi-location global organizations - Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams
