Job Description:
EY's Government & Public Sector (GPS) Advisory practice is seeking a Digital Engagement & Branding Expert with strong consulting skills. While the primary focus will be on strategic communications, branding, and digital outreach for reform programs, the role will also require contributing to broader advisory workstreams such as policy support, economic development, program monitoring, and client stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Develop and implement communication strategies, branding campaigns, and digital outreach plans for large-scale governance and transformation programs.
b) Manage content and engagement across digital platforms (social media, websites, dashboards, newsletters).
c) Support PMU leadership in client presentations, strategy documents, and policy reports.
d) Assist in stakeholder consultations, capacity-building workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
e) Collaborate with cross-functional PMU experts to deliver integrated advisory solutions.
f) Leverage analytics tools to track digital impact and contribute insights to program performance reviews.
g) Added Advantage: Experience in environmental/climate campaigns or sustainability-focused communication.
Requirements:
a) MBA (Marketing) / Mass Communication / B.Tech / MCA / PGDM from a reputed institute.
b) 6-10 years of experience in digital engagement, branding, or communications, preferably with government or public-sector programs.
c) Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience preferred.
d) Strong consulting toolkit: problem-solving, structured thinking, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.
e) Ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary PMU team and contribute beyond branding - into strategy, program management, and policy advisory.
