Exports Manager - Sea/Ocean

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end sea/ocean freight export operations for food products

- Handle export shipments to USA / UAE / UK (at least one mandatory market)

- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHAs, freight forwarders, and transporters

- Negotiate and manage freight rates, CHA agreements, and service contracts

- Oversee export documentation, including BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.

- Ensure compliance with food export regulations and country-specific requirements

- Handle both dry containers and reefer containers, including temperature control

- Identify potential risks in sea freight exports (delays, damages, compliance issues) and implement mitigation plans

- Monitor shipment schedules, vessel planning, and timely dispatch

- Ensure adherence to liabilities, Incoterms, and contractual obligations

- Maintain accurate shipment records and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in sea/ocean freight exports, preferably in food / FMCG industry

- Hands-on exposure to at least one international market: USA / UAE / UK

- Strong knowledge of export documentation and food compliances
