- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, with a focus on India and the Middle East.
- Drive API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) sales, specifically Paracetamol and other key products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Monitor and analyze export sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts.
- Explore and develop new territories, clients, and product portfolios to increase market presence.
- Manage end-to-end export processes, including business negotiations, pricing, and documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Logistics) to ensure smooth and compliant export operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in API exports or international business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical export documentation, regulatory norms, and international trade practices.
- Proven experience in developing business in the India and Middle East markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
