As a Sales Manager for North America (NA), you shall be responsible to acquire net new customers for Exponentia.ai in our focus industry verticals of BFSI, CPG, Retail and Manufacturing. You shall be responsible for an order booking quota of $1M.

The ideal candidate is a team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, a Self-starter, high on energy and drive with excellent written & oral communication skills, as well as excellent Interpersonal & problem-solving abilities. The candidate must be able to operate independently and should have the ability to lead through ambiguity. This is a remote sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently generate opportunities in NA region.

- Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory.

- Execute strategic plans to achieve order booking targets and expand our customer base.

- Liaison and coordinate sales plays and plans with ISV Partners and/or other external.

- Partners as well as run campaigns coordinating with internal marketing and other stakeholders.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.

- Participate and build pipeline from various Industry events.

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and position our offerings suitably.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.

- Travel and meet customers/prospects at least once every quarter.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

- Communicate effectively, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- At least 3 years of experience in selling IT Services (Digital) to companies with revenue greater than USD 500M.

- At least 2 years of experience in selling to NA market.

- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of our products and services.

- Consultative and Solution Selling experience.

- Negotiation and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of Data and AI (preferred).
