Job Title: Talent Acquisition : Sr Manager/Head.

Company: Expertrons (Scale100x.ai).

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office).

Experience: 4+ years.

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager / TA Head to lead and scale our Talent Acquisition function end-to-end.

- This role is 100% focused on strategic and operational Talent Acquisition, including leadership hiring, bulk hiring, TA process optimization, and team management.

- The ideal candidate brings strong recruitment expertise, the ability to lead a high-performing TA team, and experience hiring for sales and business development profiles.

- Candidates with consultancy/agency background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Leadership (100%):

- Lead the TA function across departments, ensuring quality, speed, and scalability of hiring.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-level, senior, and leadership roles.

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring effective performance and pipeline management.

- Build and execute hiring strategies for bulk hiring, especially for sales and business development roles.

- Collaborate closely with founders, business heads, and hiring managers to define hiring needs and evaluation frameworks.

- Develop JDs, recruitment plans, and structured interview processes.

- Build strong talent pools through proactive sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Optimize recruitment processes to improve TAT, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

- Establish dashboards, weekly reviews, and hiring metrics for leadership visibility.

- Represent the employer brand through effective communication and candidate engagement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (startup experience preferred).

- Proven experience in team management and leading recruitment functions.

- Strong background in bulk hiring, especially for sales and BD roles.

- Experience hiring across functions such as operations, marketing, sales, tech, and support.

- Consultancy/agency recruitment background is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong sourcing expertise across job portals and social platforms.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
