About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven AVP - Product Marketing to lead our marketing automation, performance, and media marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions seamlessly integrating lead generation, CRM, and sales funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Funnel Management:

- Develop and implement automation workflows across platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) to streamline lead nurturing.

- Build and manage the lead-to-sales funnel ensuring smooth MQL SQL Conversion journey.

- Monitor and optimize conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.

Performance & Media Marketing:

- Lead performance marketing across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and CAC optimization.

- Drive media marketing campaigns - online and offline to enhance product visibility and brand reach.

- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

CRM & Data Analytics:

- Leverage CRM tools to manage customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalized communication.

- Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and user behavior to guide strategic decisions.

- Maintain and improve database hygiene and campaign attribution accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives with business outcomes.

- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and performance tracking.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

- Proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email, Affiliate).

- Deep understanding of CRM systems and lead funnel dynamics (MQL - SQL - Conversion).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications: MBA preferred.
