For any more details, reach out at hr@expertrons.com Website : https://www.expertrons.com/ Roles & Responsibilities : - Reviews existing training programs. - Effectively manage a team of 10+ members - Responsible for up-skilling the team on communication skills, soft skills and interview training programs. - Strong understanding of lecture series and e-learning content creation - Suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention - Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective and meet the changing needs of clients, the organisation, or the industry. - Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organisation and/or industry. - Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve. - Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions. - Collaborates with partners and third-party training providers. - Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget. - Should prepare daily reports, and complete daily tasks assigned Preferred Skill Sets : - Ability to design, develop and execute learning programs. - Passionate about training and continuous learning - Should have experience in managing virtual training sessions. - Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Innovative thinking Prerequisite for applying for the position : 1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Kurla, Mumbai) 2. Can work from the office and can join on short notice 3. Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy Requirements : - Bachelors degree/P.G in Human Resources or related domains. - Carry minimum 8 years of training experience in soft skills / corporate skills training and team management Rewards : 1.
