- EXFO is seeking a highly dynamic, Customer driven individual reporting to the Country Sales DirectorIndia & SAARC region.
- You will execute and drive the Sales Strategies in assigned territories.
- The focus market will be Datacenters & Hyperscalers accounts, NEMs & Labs in south India.
- This is a remote, work from home position to be based in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Responsible for the development and growth of EXFO business (Test & Measurement NDO & MDR portfolio, including RFTM), in South India Terriotry.
- Focus Market : Datacenters & Hyperescalers, NEMs & Labs in South India Market.
- Lead, maintain and establish the relationship with channel partners and/or customers and key accounts.
- Executing Overall Region Sales and managing Partners/Channels.
- Executing Country Marketing Plans.
- Manage and grow Sales Pipeline and ownership of all sales resources and database.
What were looking for:
Technical skills:
- Domain knowlege of Data Center, Hyperscalers Operations etc.
- Knowledge in Fiber Optic Testing, PON, MPLS/IPVPN/Ethernet Technologies, DWDM.
- Some experience and familiarity with Remote Fiber Management System.
Required aptitudes:
- Experience in proposing telecommunications solutions to Telecom Service Provider.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Demonstrated successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers in India & South Asia in a Sales Environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a growth plan whether individually or for a team & should have met Quota consistently over last 3 years or more.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Good understanding and knowledge of India & South Asia telecom trends and technology movements.
- Strong planning and organizational skills is a must.
- Demonstrated ability in managing complex sales process.
- Familiarity with Sr Management staff of Tier1 Telecom Operators, Equipment Manufacturers, Webscale companies, System Integrators, Enterprise Network Operators etc.

being Open Minded, Open Communications, Self Driven, Result Oriented and Team Player.
Pertinent experience:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales development/account management/channel sales in a high tech environment.
Language requirements:
- English Both Written and Spoken.
Education:
- University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an appropriate field.
- Business degree an asset.
