Description: - EXFO is seeking a highly dynamic, Customer driven individual reporting to the Country Sales DirectorIndia & SAARC region. - You will execute and drive the Sales Strategies in assigned territories. - The focus market will be Datacenters & Hyperscalers accounts, NEMs & Labs in south India. - This is a remote, work from home position to be based in Bangalore. Job Description : - Responsible for the development and growth of EXFO business (Test & Measurement NDO & MDR portfolio, including RFTM), in South India Terriotry. - Focus Market : Datacenters & Hyperescalers, NEMs & Labs in South India Market. - Lead, maintain and establish the relationship with channel partners and/or customers and key accounts. - Executing Overall Region Sales and managing Partners/Channels. - Executing Country Marketing Plans. - Manage and grow Sales Pipeline and ownership of all sales resources and database. What were looking for: Technical skills: - Domain knowlege of Data Center, Hyperscalers Operations etc. - Knowledge in Fiber Optic Testing, PON, MPLS/IPVPN/Ethernet Technologies, DWDM. - Some experience and familiarity with Remote Fiber Management System. Required aptitudes: - Experience in proposing telecommunications solutions to Telecom Service Provider. - Ability to work independently, taking ownership of responsibilities. - Demonstrated successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers in India & South Asia in a Sales Environment. - Demonstrated ability to plan and execute a growth plan whether individually or for a team & should have met Quota consistently over last 3 years or more. - Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. - Good understanding and knowledge of India & South Asia telecom trends and technology movements. - Strong planning and organizational skills is a must. - Demonstrated ability in managing complex sales process. - Familiarity with Sr Management staff of Tier1 Telecom Operators, Equipment Manufacturers, Webscale companies, System Integrators, Enterprise Network Operators etc. - Possess winning attitude i. being Open Minded, Open Communications, Self Driven, Result Oriented and Team Player. Pertinent experience: - Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in sales development/account management/channel sales in a high tech environment. Language requirements: - English Both Written and Spoken. Education: - University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or an appropriate field. - Business degree an asset.
