- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement - Analyzing the processes and bringing down the TAT - Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO - Oversee operations, Credit, and partner with CEO so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets - Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts. - Monitor the Credit Nuances and align them with market practices to reduce the TAT and streamline the processes - Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders - To develop and implement competent system for customer query handling, new business inquiry and tracking till closure - Banking system to be revamped to bring cost efficiency and safeguard company's interest by bringing industry standard automation practices - Storage, retrieval and safety of customer documents/files are to be assured by introducing latest technological tools and improved processes - Standards are to be developed and implemented for Branch Infrastructure & Management. Regular maintenance of the same also to be adhered.
