About the Role
We are looking to hire Sales / Business Development / Talent Acquisition professionals who are interested in building a long-term career in Executive Search.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you will work closely with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership teams on critical hiring mandates across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing leadership hiring mandates end-to-end
- Partnering with clients to understand business and talent needs
- Engaging and assessing senior-level candidates
- Driving consultative conversations and closures
- Building long-term client and candidate relationships
- Operating in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Interest in leadership hiring and advisory roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
